THE CONVENER
Victory Mesona is a top African business growth leader, entrepreneur, and speaker focused on helping women build sustainable growth. Trained as a lawyer and now a growth engineer, her career spans scaling startups, empowering SMEs, and delivering growth projects across Africa, Europe, and North America.
She is the convener of Bold Money Women, a community and platform empowering women to lead with intention, build financial confidence, and pursue growth without sacrificing their health or peace. Through this work, Victory engages deeply with women navigating ambition, money, leadership, and identity in real-world conditions.
With over six years of experience, Victory has worked with global organisations including the World Economic Forum, Google, AWS, Salesforce, and the International Labour Organization, contributing to projects across 22 countries. She holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and certifications from McKinsey, Google, and LinkedIn
She is also the founder of Growth Padi, a business growth hub supporting African founders to scale intentionally and sustainably. Beyond metrics and strategy, Victory is passionate about the human side of growth — clarity, decision-making, and building momentum in imperfect seasons.
As the driving force behind GrowthPadi and GAS, Victory continues to build spaces where African entrepreneurs can access the tools, networks, and strategies they need to thrive.
